ABOUT OUR ASSOCIATES
At WCFS Inc. We strive to provide our clients with a high level of support through experienced and qualified associates such as Child & Youth Workers, Social Service Workers; Developmental Support Workers with dedication and compassion to serve individuals in need. To ensure a quality of service, we conduct a thorough background check through BackCheck, offer government approval crisis intervention methods (CPI, UMAB), and professional development.
All associates are screened and must meet the following criteria, before joining the WCFS team:
- College/ University Certification
- Ministry-approved crisis methods
- Cleared of Vulnerable Person Search, and police screening
- Active in professional development
Each member of the team brings a unique methodology in their day to day practice which provides the individuals in need with the opportunity to gain the skills required to increase their level of independence and enhance their quality of life.
